Payment Options:

Return and Refund Policy:
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your order, please refer to our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Products such as personal care items, undergarments, or customized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process:

• Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup. In cases where a pickup is not possible, you’ll be required to ship the product back to us.
3. Refunds:
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account or preferred wallet, as per your choice.
4. Exchange Policy:
• Exchanges are allowed for items of the same value if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for exchanges.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: sale items, customized orders, perishable goods, and personal care products.
